You agree to use the site in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Dressing Room Products

All product descriptions, specifications, colors, and prices shown in this Site are subject to change by Dressing Room at any time without notice. Dressing Room has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colour of our products that appear on this Site. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour as displayed on your monitor accurately reflects the colour of the products.

Products offered for sale on this Site are for your personal use only, not for re-sale. Dressing Room reserves the right to limit the quantity of products purchased, and to refuse or cancel any order. Indemnification

Miscellaneous

These Terms and your use of this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR without regard to any conflict of law provisions. By using this Site, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR and accordingly any legal action or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of this Site may be brought in such courts. You irrevocably waive any objection to such action or proceedings in such courts whether on the grounds of venue or on the ground that such action or proceedings have been brought in an inconvenient forum. Nothing herein shall limit the right of Dressing Room to take such action or proceedings in any other court of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Termination

If Dressing Room determines, in its sole discretion, that you fail to comply with any of these Terms, Dressing Room may terminate your use of this Site immediately and without notice and without prejudice to any of its accrued rights. Upon termination, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
