Exchanges may only be made for the same item in a different size subject to availability. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was sent; clean, unwashed and unworn. Exchange items are sent after the return item(s) have been received and undergone a quality control check. You will receive an email notification with a new tracking number. If the item is not available, a credit voucher for the price of the item(s) will be issued for future purchases.
Our merchandise are thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged, defective or wrong product please notify us using this contact form within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund/ exchange.
If you would like to exchange a defective item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. As we do not manufacture our products and cannot guarantee that there will be available stock, we will refund you the total amount including shipping charges you have incurred in the event that a replacement item is not available.
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser's credit card or bank account, as applicable. Please note, due to the varying processing times of individual issuers, card refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account.
If your item is eligible for return, please contact our Customer Service team using this contact form. For subject, you would select ‘Return or exchange’ and indicate your Order Number in the field provided. We will contact you soonest possible and provide you the instructions for Returns.

Hong Kong customers in the CBD area (Central & Admiralty) can arrange to return items conveniently using our free collection service. Please include your contact number and delivery address (including company name) when writing to us.
Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable, with the exception that a wrong item is shipped to you.
