Dressing Room does not require you to sign up for an account with us before any purchase can be made. However, we recommend that you register with us to enjoy the following benefits.
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you place an order online.
You may shop and if prefer, complete your order at a later time. We will keep track of the items you have already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not need to re-select the items again. However, please note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
By registering with us, we will keep track of your orders and you will automatically qualify to join our VIP Club once you spend HKD2,000 within 3 months. Being a VIP member entitles you to 15% off all purchases and other exclusive promotions.
Registration will allow you to enjoy a hassle free and more pleasant shopping experience with us.
You can edit your account profile anytime you wish. Simply select “Sign In” on the menu catalogue and log onto your account using your email address and your personal password. You may then follow the instructions to update or edit your account profile.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the product specifications as well as the colors and fabric prints of our products online. However, since the actual color you see may vary depending on your computer settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colors will be completely accurate. Similarly, prints on fabric may also not be consistent throughout due to the characteristics of fabric printing. If you are uncertain of your size, click on size chart to determine the size suitable for you.
From time to time, there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items shown on our website. Yet, occasionally we do sell out of products and may allow back order. If you are genuinely interested in those items that are out of stock, you may contact us to enquire and we will try our best to fulfill your request.
Placing an order with Dressing Room is easy.
Simply add an item to your shopping bag by choosing an available size and color and then click on the “Add to bag” button. You will be shown your shopping bag for review. Click on “Next” button if you are ready to checkout or “Continue shopping” button if you wish to browse more items.
Follow the instructions as you proceed through the steps until your order has been confirmed. You will see an order number and an email confirmation will be sent to you shortly.
As a registered user, you can also view your order status by signing in to your account here. Should you not receive a confirmation email, please log onto your account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from being placed.
We do not accept modification or cancellation of an order once it is confirmed.
We will send updates regarding the status of your order, including when your order is shipped, to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Please ensure that you have entered a valid e-mail address.
Payment including shipping fees is accepted through credit card payment via PayPal or bank transfer in advance.
By choosing the payment option bank transfer in advance, the customer agrees to pay immediately after the order confirmation. Affirmation of the contract and delivery will be effected only upon receipt of payment. Dressing Room is entitled to cancel an order, if the payment is not made within 2 working days from date of order.
For items purchased with a credit card, you will be billed when we process your order for shipping.
All credit card information (numbers, expiry dates etc) will be handled with an encrypted protocol automatically to ensure that neither Dressing Room nor third parties have access to this information. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, which means your credit card numbers and other personal information is always encrypted (scrambled) before it is sent or received over the Internet. SSL is the industry-standard encryption technology for secure e-commerce transactions.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:'. This means that you are in secure mode.
We deliver to 18 countries and offer 2 different shipping options to meet your needs. Please refer to the table below for the shipping cost quoted in HKD for an individual item.
An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your bag. Your actual shipping cost will automatically compute when you select the Shipping Option before checkout.

For local orders within Hong Kong, we only provide one shipping option by local courier service and your order should arrive by the next business day if ordered by 9am HK time Monday to Friday
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-14 business days after shipping if ordered by 12 noon (GMT+8) Monday to Friday.
Your order should arrive in approximately 2-6 business days after shipping if ordered by 12 noon (GMT+8) Monday to Friday, with the exception of some remote parts in China (3-12 business days).
9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays in Hong Kong
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times commence from the date of dispatch and are to be used as a guide only. Dressing Room does not guarantee the delivery times and is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Please ensure you place your order before 12 noon (GMT+8) Monday to Friday for delivery on the next business day.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching the order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
Dressing Room delivers all international orders by standard shipping option via Registered Airmail and insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.
Our carriers are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes.
